  First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not
  mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your
  head before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting
  my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to
  begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!

  Aw, this was a really good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to generate a great article… but what can I say… I hesitate a
  whole lot and don't manage to get nearly anything done.
